Portage County Fluoride Program

Help prevent childhood tooth decay.  Give fluoride supplements to your children.  Free fluoride tablets and drops available for children who live in Portage County, are between the ages of 6 months and 16 years, and do not have enough fluoride in their drinking water.

COST:  Free (A one-time water test is needed prior to receiving fluoride.  The $11.00 water test fee can be waived in cases of financial need.  Water test kits available from Ruth Gilfry Center).
