| Description of Duties: | The Nutrition Assistant, under the direct supervision of the Professional Nurse, provides feeding assistance to residents to promote adequate nutrition and hydration and is responsible for the documentation of these activities. The Nutrition Assistant assists residents in feeding themselves, passes water pitchers to resident rooms, assists with bed making, and washing/drying and putting away resident’s laundry.

| Minimum Qualifications: | Certified as a Nursing Assistant on the WI Nurse Aid Registry
Ability to work short shift primarily at lunch and supper times
Employee must have a genuine interest in the aging
Ability to work without close supervision
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to speak, read and write the English language |
