CALL TO ORDER

PUBLIC HEARING(S):

  1. R19-07 – Request by the Town of Grant to amend the Town of Grant Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use Map from High Density Residential to Commercial and to amend the Town of Grant Zoning Map from R-2 High Density Residential to C-1 Commercial, for 2.63 acres contained within parcel numbers 018-22-0730-12.03 and 018-22-0730-12.04; Town of Grant.
  2. R19-08 – Request of James and Julie Zblewski, owners, to amend the zoning classification of 10 of 45.96 acres contained within parcel number 032-24-0902-02.01, from A1 Exclusive Agricultural to A2 Agricultural Transition; Town of Sharon.
  3. R19-09 – Request of Kole Konkol, owner, to amend the Town of Stockton Comprehensive Plan Future Land Use designation of 8 acres, contained within parcel number 034-24-0926-08, from L3 Limited Agriculture/Mixed Use to Natural Areas; and to amend the zoning classification of 32 acres from A1 Exclusive Agricultural to A3 Low Density Agricultural, 3 acres from Conservancy to A3 Low Density Agricultural, and .5 acres from A1 Exclusive Agricultural to Conservancy; Town of Stockton.
