Overview:                   

The Day Report Program provides for routine/random reporting and monitoring of participants through alcohol and drug testing. This program is intended to provide supervision and accountability to participants that are referred.

Participants are referred through:

  • Courts: Condition of Bond, Pretrial Supervision Program, Court Date Only, Post-Sentence Supervision Program 
  • Department of Corrections
  • Sheriff's Office: Home Detention Program
  • District Attorney's Office: Diversion Program

The Day Report Program is contracted through JusticePoint, Inc. and Precision Kiosk Technologies.

Hours of Operation:
Monday-Friday
Office Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Kiosk/PBT Testing Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
UA Testing Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. & 3:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Saturday & Sunday
Office Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Kiosk/PBT Testing Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
UA Testing Hours: 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
